At Orion Noir, we are committed to delivering our uniquely curated collections to our global collective in a timely and secure manner. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping rates, processing times, customs regulations, and delivery processes.

1. Order Processing Times

All Orion Noir garments are subject to a standard processing phase before dispatch. Since we partner with high-quality, custom on-demand fulfillment methods to minimize overproduction and maintain our sustainable ethos, your items are carefully created, quality checked, and prepared for shipping once your payment is confirmed.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays in the country of manufacturing/shipment will begin processing the following business day.

  • During high-demand periods (such as collection launches or seasonal events), processing times may be extended by an additional 2 to 3 business days. You will be notified via email if significant delays arise.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our postal carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery timeframes may vary depending on local logistics, peak seasons, and potential customs delays.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

We want you to follow every step of your order's journey. Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (such as DHL, PostNL, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal after you receive the initial email link.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, and international territories):

  • Import Charges: Your order may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, and sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • Responsibility: Any additional charges required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orion Noir has no control over these regional regulations and cannot predict their final costs.

  • Delays: Customs procedures can sometimes cause shipping delays beyond our original transit estimations.

5. Address Verification and Undeliverable Shipments

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct, complete, and accurate shipping address is entered at the time of purchase. Orion Noir cannot change or update a delivery address once an order is processed or dispatched.

If a package is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed at a local post pick-up hub, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs to have the order sent out a second time.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or fails to show up within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:

  1. If your tracking link states the package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local mail delivery point before contacting us.

  2. If the parcel remains lost, or if items inside arrived visibly damaged during transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date at orionnoir.info@gmail.com

  3. When reporting damaged items, please include your Order Number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the external packaging it arrived in so we can open an official claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you immediately.
