ORION NOIR — RETURN POLICY

At Orion Noir, we strive to deliver the highest quality products for our collective. Because we operate on a sustainable, on-demand fulfillment model—where each item is crafted specifically for you only after an order is placed to eliminate overproduction—we kindly ask that you review our size charts carefully before making a purchase. If an item still does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with our return process.
1. Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
In compliance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package, without providing a reason. Once you have notified us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the items to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

The item must show no signs of use, including (but not limited to) perfume, tobacco smoke, makeup stains, or pet hair.

Custom-made or personalized items (such as garments customized with a specific name or custom graphic requested by you) are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
3. How to Register and Send a Return
To successfully process and mail your return, please follow these steps:

Within 14 days of receiving your package, send an email to orionnoir.info@gmail.com stating your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Our support team will provide you with specific return instructions and the correct return address within 48 hours. Please note: Do not send your package back to the address printed on the shipping box, as this is often our external print-on-demand fulfillment partner and cannot process customer returns.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent transit damage. Include a brief note containing your full name and order number.

Drop off the package at a local shipping point (e.g., PostNL, DHL, DPD, or USPS) and safely store your shipping receipt containing the Track & Trace code. We cannot issue refunds for returned packages that are lost in transit without a valid proof of shipment.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Because we are a small, ecologically conscious label and wish to discourage unnecessary carbon emissions from transport back-and-forth, the direct costs of return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (see Section 5).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Print-on-Demand Guarantee)
If an item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or if you accidentally received the incorrect product, we will resolve this for you completely free of charge:

Please include clear photographs showing the manufacturing defect/damage and the packing slip.

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you immediately. In most cases, you will not even need to ship the defective item back to us, which helps save further carbon emissions!
6. Refunds
Once your return shipment is received at our facility and verified to meet our return conditions, we will send you a confirmation email. The purchase amount (including standard shipping costs from the original delivery, provided the entire order is returned) will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
